Timothy D. Kelly, P.A. is a law firm located in downtown Minneapolis that restricts its practice to civil litigation and resolution of business disputes. We focus on pretrial preparation, trials or other adversary proceeding such as arbitrations, and appeals. We also represent parties in various types of regulatory proceedings and we have conducted internal investigations on behalf of clients, including special litigation committees.

For many years the firm was known as Kelly & Berens, P.A., and, in 2011 and 2012, was known as Kelly and Hannah, P.A. We believe the firm is a well known, trusted, and respected entity that utilizes its skills and experience in the courts and legal community to successfully represent clients in an array of adversary proceedings.
